Check For Leaks In The Radon Pipes
Lately, I have seen many through the roof style radon pipes leak. This is usually caused by an improper pipe slope, or poorly glued pipe sections.
Check this pipe in the attic frequently to make sure it is not leaking. Look for wet stains on the insulation or on the framing.
This problem is especially found in newer homes.

I was reading something else about this on another blog. Interesting. Your position on it is diametrically contradicted to what I read to begin with.
